Shipping policy

All orders take 1 business day to process. Thereafter your parcel goes to The Courier Guy. The Courier Guy promises us a 1-3 day delivery time with 5 business days usually the maximum. Rural and far-out areas may take a day or 2 longer. Thus, we guarantee a 5-7 day delivery time.

Remember we can only process the order if your payment has cleared. Couriers don't work over weekends or public holidays, so count your days in working days only.

You will receive a tracking link/number via email from us as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse to go to the couriers. If you click on the tracking link it will take you to a status page to track the progress of your order.

Please take into account that over Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, couriers are extremely busy and unforeseen delays might occur. Although the couriers promise us a 24-72 hour service, sometimes there might be delays.
